Prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of Great Western Railway or anyone professionally connected with this competition.
One winner to be selected. Tickets to Robin Hood at the London Palladium are subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Prize not valid between 18th December and 1st January 2025. The prize includes:
Four tickets to Robin Hood at the London Palladium
Meet and greet with selected cast members at the Palladium stage door, including goody bag
Four GWR First Class anytime return tickets for travel on GWR services only
Meet and greet with selected cast members to be agreed in advance with the theatre via a representative at Bicycle Partnerships Ltd.
The prize is subject to availability. Prize to be used by 12th January 2025. This date will not be extended as the result of any Covid-19 restrictions. There is no cash alternative or credit alternative to the prize and the prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
Any extra costs incurred are not included within the prize.
Great Western Railway reserves the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The prize is not transferable.
Great Western Railway reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted.
Great Western Railway assume no responsibility for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Great Western Railway on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site. Great Western Railway reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this offer should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Great Western Railway corrupt the security or proper administration of the offer. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made Great Western Railway reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law including criminal prosecution. The prize draw will be selected by an independent judge on 15 November 2024. This will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email no later than 21 November 2024. To request the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Benjamin Button Competition, Great Western Railway, The Point, 8TH Floor, 37 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1AF.
Great Western Railway will use its discretion to draw a replacement winner in the event of the competition remaining unclaimed one week after notification is sent to the email address provided by the original entrant.
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with GWR and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
GWR's decision is final on any situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to any decisions made.
